Beijing Jade Palace Hotel

Great hotel with spacious rooms and plenty of facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was fantastic with a wide selection of dishes. The hotel provided an adaptor for American electronic devices and had free internet access. The location was convenient, with easy access to stores, a supermarket, and a night market nearby.

The hotel was not centrally located and required a taxi ride to reach major attractions. The beds were very firm, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious with a large Asian and European selection. The hotel restaurant where we ate in the evening was also very good.

The beds are very hard. There was no English tv except for a Chinese channel in English.

Well located for businesses we were visiting in the area.

Not 5 star v my expectations but nonetheless a good stay.

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable beds. the breakfast had a good selection of food including both Western and local options. the hotel also had a fitness center and a swimming pool, perfect for a morning workout or a relaxing swim.

The hotel was located quite far from the city center and attractions, making it necessary to use public transportation or taxis to get around. some of the staff members were not very friendly or accommodating, making the stay somewhat unpleasant.

the exclusive amenities such as the health club and restaurant were outstanding and catered to our every need. the services provided by the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the room was lovely, with modern and exclusive facilities, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for winding down. The location advantages of the hotel were brilliant, being close to public transport links and a variety of local restaurants. Cons: My only minor issue with this hotel was that the sauna was not as expected, with it being slightly outdated and compact.
